Geo-verified field evidence
Visits are captured on site with geo-tagged photographs, and their location is checked against the site's mapped boundary before they can be approved.
Independent approval
The person who submits a visit can never approve it. That separation is enforced in the domain, not left to a reviewer to remember.
Counted trees, measured survival
Planting accumulates; survival is a point-in-time observation against what was planted before it. A site nobody has surveyed reads as unsurveyed, never as zero.
