How it works
Eight steps from project plan to verified report.
Each step produces something the next one depends on, which is why the final report can be traced all the way back to a volunteer standing on a mapped site.
The workflow
- 01
Create the CSR project
Set up the NGO delivering the work and the corporate sponsor funding it, with milestones, budget and tree targets.
Everyone works from one definition of what was agreed.
- 02
Map the plantation sites
Draw each site's boundary on a map. The platform derives its area and centre from the shape you draw.
The boundary becomes the reference every later check is made against.
- 03
Assign field teams
Add volunteers and assign them to specific sites, with permissions that let them capture work but not approve it.
Field access without handing over administrative control.
- 04
Capture geo-tagged evidence
Volunteers record a visit on site: photographs with location and timestamp, trees planted, and trees still surviving.
Evidence is created where the work happened, not reconstructed later.
- 05
Verify and approve
The visit's location is checked against the site boundary, duplicate photographs are flagged, and a reviewer who did not submit it decides.
Nobody signs off their own work.
- 06
Measure what happened
Approved visits roll up into planted totals, survival rates weighted by trees, and carbon estimates from verified counts.
Figures that come from counted trees, not pledged ones.
- 07
Give sponsors visibility
Corporate sponsors see live progress on the projects they fund — and only those projects.
Fewer status calls, and no quarterly scramble for an update.
- 08
Generate the report
Produce a branded PDF or Excel report covering a reporting period, carrying a QR code a recipient can use to confirm it is genuine.
A document that stands up on its own, away from the platform.
Walk through it with your own project.
We'll map one of your real sites and take a visit through capture, verification and reporting.
