This notice describes personal data collected by the EcoAttest website at greenplatform.in — essentially, the contact and demo request forms.

It does not cover data held inside the EcoAttest application on behalf of customer organisations. That is governed by the agreement with the customer organisation, which is the controller of that data.

When you submit the contact or demo request form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and where you provide them your phone number, organisation, role, organisation type, and the approximate number of projects and sites you run, together with your message.

We also record, automatically: the IP address the submission came from, your browser's user agent string, the page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters present in the link that brought you to us.

Where a form requires consent to be contacted, we record the moment that consent was given.

To reply to you, to prepare for a demonstration if you have asked for one, and to keep a record of the enquiry.

The IP address and user agent are recorded to protect the forms against automated abuse, and to make submissions traceable if they are misused.

Campaign parameters and the referring page tell us which of our own pages and campaigns lead to real conversations. This is aggregate product and marketing analysis, not profiling of you as an individual.

Enquiries are visible to the EcoAttest team members responsible for sales and support, through an access-controlled administrative interface. They are not visible to any customer organisation using the platform.

Submissions generate an internal notification email and an acknowledgement email to you, delivered through our email provider.

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not add you to a marketing mailing list as a result of submitting an enquiry.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party advertising trackers.

Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not disclose your visit to another company.

You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it.

If you asked not to be contacted, tell us and we will stop.
