Reporting

Turn project data into boardroom-ready reports.

The quarterly report is where a CSR programme is judged. It should take an afternoon to review, not a week to assemble.

Contents

Built from evidence, not from a template you fill in

A report is generated from the approved field record for a reporting period, so it cannot drift from what the platform actually holds.

  • Project and site-level progress
  • Trees planted and measured survival
  • Maps of the sites covered
  • Selected field evidence
  • Carbon estimates where available
  • The reporting period the figures cover

Verification

Reports that can be independently verified

A PDF is easy to edit. That is a problem when it is the evidence behind a corporate disclosure.

QR authenticity verification

Every report carries a code that resolves to a verification page confirming the document is genuine and is the current version on file.

Verifiable by anyone holding it

Verification is deliberately anonymous. Someone holding a printed copy has no account and no idea which organisation issued it — and should still be able to check.

Expiring share links

Share a report outside your organisation with a link that stops working after a set period, and can be revoked before then.

Generated in the background

Reports are produced by a background worker, so a large report does not block your afternoon or time out in a browser tab.

Excel as well as PDF

Where a sponsor's team wants to do their own analysis, the same data is available as a spreadsheet.

Versioned

Regenerating a report produces a new version, and verification tells a reader whether the copy in their hand is the current one.

Branding

Your report, not ours

  • Your NGO's logo and colours
  • The sponsor's logo alongside it
  • A subtle "Powered by EcoAttest" attribution
  • Consistent formatting a board pack can absorb

Only what was measured

Sections whose underlying figures cannot be attested to a real instrument are omitted rather than printed empty or filled with estimates. A shorter report that is entirely true beats a complete-looking one that is not.

Hand a sponsor a document that does not require trusting the sender.
